Nanny's Kitchen has joined forces with Henry Ford Hospital and the Henry Ford Heart and Vascular Institute to bring you hands-on, Heart Smart® cooking classes. The classes will help adults and children:
	Eliminate picky eating Gain confidence in cooking skills Understand cooking techniques and procedures Simplify recipes from the Heart Smart® cookbooks Coordinate easy, heart-healthy weekly menus Discover the joys of Heart Smart® cooking
The Heart Smart® cooking classes are based on the Heart Smart® series of cookbooks produced by the Henry Ford Health System. All classes are hands-on and age appropriate (ages 2 and up). All prepared foods are eaten and/or taken home. Classes are either group or private, based on your needs. Contact Nanny for more information on classes.
